Did anyone watch "Oprah's Big Give" last night? Oh my gosh...I thought it was awesome. At a few different points I was crying, then bawling, then sobbing like a baby! It's an 8 part series so if you didn't catch it last night you for sure need to see it next week...sooooo good!
I did my weekly Target and Meijer shopping trips today. Okay, I definitely have more then ONE weekly Target trip, but Monday is always the big one. I have two hours every Monday morning without either kid so I love being able to do my serious coupon trips at that point. This morning I spent $110 at Target, but only paid $45 (and my mom paid me $6 for something I bought for her)! Included in that was a $20 item, so I really did good with all the other stuff. I don't think I ever go to Target without coupons...they have the best/easiest policy there - love it! I also did well at Meijer matching up sales with coupons. It always feels good to save that much money!
I'm back on antibiotics...just not feeling so great...headache, sore throat, etc. Seriously...ENOUGH ALREADY! And while I'm complaining...what's up with this weather? No snow today...just a ton of rain. The snow is filthy and nasty. Spring can't come soon enough for me!
I don't think I ever showed pics of the kids' Easter outfits. I got Abigail this dress from Gymboree and let me tell you...it's even prettier in person. Sillk for a 4 year-old...honestly what was I thinking?? :) She'll obviously have to wear a sweater over this.
And I can't find a picture of Henry's stuff. He'll wear a striped long sleeved button down under a light blue Polo sweater vest (that I got today at TJ Maxx) with khakis. Fun, fun!Have a great week!

Do you use Target coupons and manufacturer coupons at Target? Do you frequent a forum that helps you along? I think you should share more details. Will you? You're definitely the Target pro.

Love the dress, love Target and love the fact that I am sure you will share your secret on how to SAVE that BIG at my fav store of all time. Are you serious???? I go in and spend every penny you save!!!! I have never been a coupon clipper but you have inspired me.
And I caught about 15 minutes of Oprah's Big Give. It looked good, but I wasn't totally tuned in even to that 15 minutes. I'll have to try again- next Sunday night as well?

OK, I LOVED the Big GIve!!! Dino really doesn't like Oprah at all!! But I like her and I loved the show!! But I am so with you, I cryed through almost the whole show and it really makes you feel like giving!!
Ok, so---I am so serious, You need to take my under your wing and show me how you save so much money and where in the heck do you get coupons for target. I would LOVe to cut the cost of my weekly $140shopping trip down!!! IT kills me to spend so much money!
