Such a Sweet Hand-Me-Down

My mom made this sweet dress, complete with smocking, for Rebecca when she was little. 28 years later she pulled it out and Johanna wore it. I am definitely a sucker for the vintage (did I just call my sister's dress vintage? She must be old!) look. I loved this dress on Josie, even though it was definitely getting shorter, but I put the bloomers with it and it was adorable. Probably about the sweetest hand-me-down that we've ever had.
