Happy Birthday, Abigail!
Five years ago, on Monday, August 18 I gave birth via emergency c-section to Abigail! She was due on August 12, but that came and went with no progress. I went in on Sunday night, August 17 to be induced and after a scary night of her heart rate dropping really, really low I was rushed in for an emergency c-section. Colin hardly got in scrubs in time since they were moving so fast, he came in the room and they had already started. At 5:57 am Abigail MacKena was born, 6 pounds 5 ounces and beautiful.

I honestly remember it like it was yesterday. Even though I had a 5lb 9oz. one of my own...I still think she was the smallest I've ever seen!!! Happy B-day Abigail!
