Happy First Birthday, Johanna!

Happy Birthday to my sweet Johanna! She turned one on Wednesday, March 17. I cannot believe that it's been a year since she joined our family. She is such a sweet girl and we cannot imagine our lives without her! We celebrated her on Sunday with family and friends. The theme of the party was "cupcakes." We had lunch and cupcakes and just enjoyed Josie! Here are a ton of pictures from her special day. Happy Birthday, Sweetheart!

Where have I been?

Life is busy around here. We've been busy with:
-School for Colin, Abigail and Henry
-Work for Colin and me
-Coffee Break for Henry, Johanna and me
-Doctor appointments for everyone
-Dentist appointment for me
-More work
-Drawing pictures for Henry
-Preparing for Spring Break in Florida
-Cleaning
-Cooking
-Grocery Shopping
-Adjusting to the time change
-Trying to get the older two to sleep in their own beds
-Having a birthday party for JOHANNA!

It's been busy. The blog has been put on the back burner...even further back then the back burner. We celebrated Johanna yesterday with family. Her birthday is Wednesday...my baby will be one! I'll get some pictures up on here by Wednesday.

Johanna at ELEVEN Months

Johanna is 11 months now! I cannot believe that she will be a year soon! This time sure has flown by. She is on the go, crawling everywhere right now. She loves to play with remote controls, puzzle pieces and anything that we are using. She does like her toys too, but definitely prefers whatever her brother or sister have. She loves to eat and is finally really getting into table food...it took awhile with her. Some of her favorite foods are pretzels, oranges and popcorn cakes. Funny, huh? She has her top two teeth coming in, for a total of four teeth right now. She's in 6-12 month clothes still...with room to spare and size 3 diapers. We love this girl!!

Project 365

I've updated my Flickr account with a photo a day through February 10. I'm loving the project really. I cannot wait for more sun to get more outdoor photos though! You can find the pictures HERE.

Snow Day

We had a snow day today. I love snow days so that Colin is home. Today I got to sleep in for a bit, it was wonderful. We went to the grocery store as a family. I think we've only done that a few times ever and definitely not at all since Johanna was born. It was a crazy time, but nice to do something as a family, even if it wasn't anything fun.

Colin had to work tonight so the kids and I got all of their Valentines ready for their parties over the next two days. This year Abigail chose Star Wars valentines and Henry chose Scooby Doo. Fun times!

We're still not sleeping very well over here. Well, Johanna sleeps great. Colin often sleeps well. Abigail, Henry and I could be sleeping A LOT better. The kids are up every night and then I wake up to deal with them. I'm not saying that Colin won't deal with them, it's just easiest for me to deal with them since he gets up at 5:00 am. We're praying that it gets better over here...it's exhausting.

I'm going to work on finally updating my Photo 365 album...I've been taking the pictures, just not posting them. :)
