Johanna at FOUR months

My sweet baby is four months old (really 4 months, 1 week, but whatever). She's still a peanut and as sweet as ever. Here are her stats:

12 pounds, 11 ounces - around 10th percentile

23 inches - between 5th and 10th percentile

She's about where Abigail was as far as size. She's wearing 3-6 month clothing, but lots of things (especially pants) are big on her. Still in size 1 diapers (and I put her in cloth diapers (Bum Genius) just recently as well sometimes). She's as happy as can be if she's fed. Sleeps 11-12 hours straight EVERY night...we LOVE that! Johanna loves her hands and constantly is sucking on them, including her thumb, but also loves, loves her pacifier.

We are truly blessed with her. She is a wonderful, amazing child and watching her grow is awesome! We love you, Johanna!

Happy 4th Birthday, Henry!

When did this happen? Four years? Already? Four years ago I was holding my sweet Henry in my arms, three weeks earlier than expected. He was three weeks early and was still 7 pounds, 8 ounces...and now look at him, still a hoss! Hanks, we love you so much...you are an amazing, fun, caring, sweet boy. I look forward to every morning when you come in my room and give me a "good morning kiss." Happy Birthday, sweet boy!

Brett and Luna's Beach Wedding

Brett and Luna's wedding on the beach of Lake Michigan was amazing! The weather was gorgeous and everything went perfectly! The kids did a great job and loved every moment of the day! They were still going strong after midnight and were upset that we couldn't stay for the beach fire. Congratulations Brett and Luna...we love you!Abigail getting her hair done...yeah, she thought she was hot stuff!It turned out really cute!Henry getting some help with his tie from Uncle Haans.

Abigail lost...

Her first tooth! After a few weeks of wiggling it finally came out! I was hoping it would stay in for the pictures for Brett and Luna's wedding, but then I decided enough was enough on Monday and I quickly pulled it out. It was ready so there was only a tiny bit of bleeding and she said it didn't hurt. She is SO proud, proclaiming "I am growing up." Yes, she is. My little girl is almost 6...and growing up. I love it and hate it at the same time.

The Tooth Fairy left $1...she must know there are a lot of teeth when you have three kids!
